Resolution independent rendering of Bezier curves in WebGL

The bezier curve below is anti-aliased in browsers that support the OES_standard_derivatives extension (shows blue anti-aliased shape)

• Chrome 15
• Firefox Nightly
• Opera 12
• Safari 5.1 (with WebGL enabled)

Falls back to aliased in unsupported browsers (shows red aliased shape).
